Introduction
We are a very small holiday park.
Pre-Arrival
• The park is located in a small, rural village. There is very limited
public transport nearby. There are no pavements in the village.
• The nearest town is three miles away and is not easily accessible by
foot.
• The nearest shop is two miles away and again, not easily accessible
by foot.
• Caravan accommodation is reached via three steps. Once inside,
everything is on one level, however, doorways are not wide enough for
wheelchair users.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
• Each caravan has a private parking space, some are next to the main
door, others are about 20 metres away.
• Once parked, cars are accessible from all directions.
• We have speed bumps on a gravel road.
• We do not have a barrier.
• Contact numbers are displayed externally.
• Some caravans allow guests to bring pets.
Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing
Area
• We have one main entrance into reception, with one small step and a
self closing door. Reception is on ground level.
• We do not have full time staff, so at times there will be no help
available with the door or the step.
• There is not a seat in reception.

• We do not have public areas other than reception.

• We do not have any public rooms.

• We do not have any public toilets.

• We do not have a bar or restaurant.

• We do not have a public laundry.

• We do not have a shop.

• We do not have any treatment rooms.

• We do not offer any leisure facilities.

• There are no outdoor facilities.

• There are no conference, banqueting rooms.
Clubs & Entertainment
• We do not have a club or any kind of entertainment on offer.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Areas
• We do not have any bedrooms suitable for wheelchair users.

or Shared]
• All accommodations have private bathrooms.
Self-Catering Kitchen
• Kitchens have thermostatically controlled water with normal taps on
the sinks.
• Floors are linoleum.
Caravans, Holiday Homes & Twin Units
• Caravans have a private parking space, some are next to the unit,
others are 20 metres away.
• Each unit has three or four steps up to the entrance.
• Each unit has a TV with remote control.
• Flooring to main areas is carpet - with a door mat - and lino to
kitchen and bathroom areas.
• Some units do allow pets.
Touring Facilities (Holiday Parks)
• We do not have touring facilities.
Boats - Narrow Boat, Cruiser & Hotel
Boat
• Not applicable.
Grounds and Gardens
• Terrain is mostly grassed, is level, with a gravel road.
• We do not have any water features or other attractions.

• We have a clear no smoking policy through out.
• There is an emergency mobile telephone number to contact the site
manager.
